Tips For Cleaning Hardwood Floors
Friday, July 18th, 2008    Subscribe To Our FeedCleaning hardwood floors is really easy. Just follow these simple guidelines. Sweep your floors often with a soft, fine bristled broom or vacuum once or twice a week using a soft brush attachment to prevent scratching the floor.
Grit and sand are the enemy of your hardwood floor so make you you sweep up or vacuum regularly.
Damp mopping with a well-wrung mop will be the final step in cleaning your hardwood floor. Depending on how much use your floor gets you may need to mop once a week. Use a neutral pH cleaner in water or a product recommended by your floor manufacturer. Do make sure that the mop is only just damp as water getting into the joints of the timber can damage the floor.
I said it was easy!
